Plumbing foreman

• Coordinate and supervise plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations while adhering to safety standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages skill development and team cohesion.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all plumbing supplies and tools are stocked and organized for optimal workflow.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all plumbing work is completed to high standards of quality, performing final inspections and addressing any deficiencies.
• Review project blueprints and specifications to plan plumbing layouts, determining necessary materials and resources effectively.

• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless coordination and progress on multi-trade projects.

   

Desired Candidate Profile

- Holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years experience in a building contracting company in G.C.C.

- Professional in reading drawings and management of manpower on site.
