Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To manage and execute commissioning activities for mechanical systems in building and infrastructure projects.
- Carry out Pre - commissioning, functional, performance and integrated testing of mechanical systems (HVAC, Chillers AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, pressurization fans, Smoke Management, plumbing & Drainage, fire Protection).
- Review and implement commissioning plans, ITPs and method System
- Witness, Validates and document tests ensuring compliance with specification, codes, and authority standard (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, local Authority)
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and clients during testing and handover phases.
- Prepare test reports, commissioning logs, O&M manuals and supporting Training of End-user staff
