We Are Hiring Operation Manager – Fireworks Displays
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee fireworks displays across multiple sites in the GCC region.
- Ensure safety compliance in storage, handling, and transportation of fireworks.
- Supervise on-site setup, firing, and breakdown of displays.
- Train, manage, and evaluate fireworks technicians.
- Lead operational reviews to improve safety and efficiency.
- Use software such as Finale to design and program fireworks shows.
- Prepare and deliver technical and sales presentations.
- Liaise with clients and respond to inquiries.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–10 years of experience in fireworks technical management or a similar position.
- Strong background in using Finale software (or similar).
- Hands-on experience in wireless firing systems and technical operations.
- Valid fireworks license (local or international).
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Preferably with a bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, or business.
- Previous experience in GCC countries is a plus.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to manage teams in the field.
