Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Rectify and replace damaged automatic irrigation systems, controllers, solenoid valves, and other field irrigation components to ensure optimal water distribution and maintain landscape health.

Ensure all field pipe works (UPVC) are carried out as per EO standards and completed within the given period to guarantee system durability and compliance with quality guidelines.

Rectify and replace defective sprinklers, sprayers, drip tubes, bubblers, rain guns, emitters, and gate valves to maintain efficient irrigation and prevent water wastage.

Design small-scale irrigation works, interpret drawings, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support effective planning, execution, and progress tracking.

Liaise with Fleet Management for machinery requirements and coordinate with other sections for site work rectifications to ensure seamless execution and timely repairs of damaged irrigation systems.

Arrange and monitor daily operational materials, maintaining proper records to ensure smooth workflow and prevent shortages that may affect irrigation efficiency.

Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks are carried out as per schedule and maintain a checklist to enhance system reliability and prevent unexpected failures.

Keep records of manpower and mobilization according to work requirements to optimize workforce utilization and ensure resource efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, and quality standards to uphold regulatory standards and maintain a high level of service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years' experience.

Experience in working with all automatic field Irrigation systems, pipe works (UPVC) related to automatic field irrigation system, operations of Irrigation controllers, O&M of irrigation pumps, solenoid valves, pump stations & other related equipment.
