Civil Foreman

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, workforce productivity, and material usage for management review.
• Train and mentor junior staff, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, as well as company policies, to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and labor teams to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Holds Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years experience in a building contracting company in G.C.C.

- Professional in reading drawings and management of manpower on site.
