Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and layouts for high-end marble installations, including flooring, cladding, countertops, and custom design elements. If you have a passion for architectural detailing and natural stone aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate 2D and 3D shop drawings for marble installation projects.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret plans and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure design feasibility.
Prepare cutting lists, dry layouts, and slab mapping for factory and site execution.
Update and revise drawings as needed to reflect project changes.
Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and quality expectations.
Conduct site visits for measurement and verification when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the marble/stone industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD, and preferably in SketchUp, Revit, or 3D visualization software.
Strong understanding of materials, textures, and stone fabrication techniques.
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
