Electrical Draftsman

Job Description.

Creating technical electrical layouts (HV/LV/ELV), schematics, and drawings for construction projects.

Coordinating and revising drawings with input from engineering and site teams.

Ensuring all designs meet regulatory, safety, and building code requirements.

Conducting site visits to gather information and verify design requirements.

Maintaining and updating documentation and drawing databases.

Supporting the installation and construction phases as needed.

Qualifications and skills:

Diploma or degree in electrical engineering, drafting, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in construction-related electrical drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.

Familiarity with construction practices, building codes, and electrical standards.

Attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work in teams.

For hiring, specify experience in preparing electrical shop drawings, coordinating with MEP teams, and hands-on involvement in construction projects.
