We Are Hiring AC Supervisor For Abu Dhabi.
The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Supervise and manage a team of air conditioning technicians to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
>Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of air conditioning systems.
>Monitor and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
>Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with air conditioning systems.
>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all aspects of air conditioning work.
>Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and schedule air conditioning projects.
>Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in project execution.
>Prepare and submit reports on project progress, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.
>Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology to provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Proven experience in HVAC project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
>Diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
>Certifications in HVAC systems and equipment installation and maintenance.
>Experience in the construction industry, preferably in the residential and commercial sectors.
>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.
>Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
