Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines to maintain quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations, safeguarding the well-being of all personnel.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, minimizing project delays.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, including progress updates, budget tracking, and issue resolution.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets, contributing to effective resource allocation and cost management.
Implement and oversee quality control measures to meet industry standards, ensuring the final output aligns with client expectations.
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to address concerns and provide updates.
Resolve on-site technical issues promptly, leveraging engineering knowledge to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and change orders, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Support the procurement process by evaluating supplier bids and assisting in the selection of materials that meet project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in construction principles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, enabling quick and effective resolution of on-site challenges.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative team environment and motivating site personnel.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions, ensuring presence on-site as needed.
