Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor Civil work execution by subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Oversee subcontractor work, check foundations, coordinate with site representatives. Input to the project schedule, prepare and update foundation work schedule. Estimate materials, reconcile consumption, support invoicing. Validate client acceptance, ensure quality checks. Enforce safety precautions and PPE use. Report daily progress, participate in review meetings
