We are hiring a Senior HR Officer in Abu Dhabi.
The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and deep knowledge of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure effective onboarding of new hires.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Provide support in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
- Assist in developing training and development programs for staff.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role (Minimum 3–5 years).
- In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
