Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, or MEP Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM & Revit modeling.
Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Experience in clash detection, coordination, and model management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in 3D modeling, family creation, and parametric design.
Understanding of LOD (Level of Development) standards.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors for model accuracy.
