Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Vehicle Recovery: Operate a recovery truck to transport vehicles that are broken down, involved in accidents, or need to be relocated for any reason.
>Customer Service: Provide a high level of service to customers, ensuring the safe handling of their vehicles and addressing their concerns professionally.
>Safety Compliance: Ensure the safe loading and unloading of vehicles, following all company safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with local traffic laws and regulations.
>Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on the recovery truck before and after each shift to ensure it is in good working condition.
>Documentation: Complete required paperwork for each recovery, including vehicle details, condition reports, and service records.
>Emergency Assistance: Respond to emergency recovery calls promptly, often during unsociable hours, including nights and weekends.
>Coordination: Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to receive job instructions, confirm details, and provide updates on progress.
