Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Construct and repair structures using bricks, stones, and concrete, ensuring precision and durability in every project.
- Mix mortar and other materials to achieve the right consistency and strength for various masonry applications.
- Install masonry fixtures, such as fireplaces and chimneys, adhering to safety standards and building codes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Completion of formal masonry apprenticeship or vocational training, providing a strong foundation in the craft.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial masonry projects, highlighting versatility and skill adaptability.
- Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges on the job site, maintaining project timelines.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and client expectations.
- Team player mentality, with a capacity to collaborate effectively with contractors, architects, and other trades.
