Estimating and cost planning for the pre-tender stage

Providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, estimate and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope

Responsible for accurately measuring and pricing using Contract drawings, specifications

Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project

Researching potential products, vendors and services and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
