Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage civil works across retail stores, hypermarkets, and warehouses.
Oversee renovations, expansions, and maintenance activities as per retail design standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, an internal department.
Ensure all civil works (structural, MEP, finishes) meet regulatory standards and company specifications.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections.
Prepare detailed site reports and documentation for management review.
Support store opening schedules by delivering fit-out work on time.
Maintain close coordination with retail operations to avoid disruption during project execution.
Manage contractors on-site for civil, interior, and MEP-related work.
Ensure all safety standards and protocols are followed at all project sites.
Liaise with authorities for approvals and inspections when necessary.
Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications provided by consultants

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
4–5 years of UAE experience, preferably who has experience in retail, commercial, or hypermarket projects.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, renovation works, and MEP coordination.
Familiarity with UAE municipal regulations, safety codes, and construction practices.
Excellent project management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
UAE Driving License is must.
