Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

POSITION : Sr. Quantity Surveyor (QS) Landscape company
📚 Qualification: B.E. in Civil (Commercial)
🔹 Description: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost estimation, tendering, contract management, and budget control for large-scale construction projects.

POSITION : QS Engineer Landscape company
📚 Qualification: B.E. in Civil (Commercial)
🔹 Description: Supports the senior QS team in preparing BOQs, cost analysis, and progress reports. Must be skilled in handling project budgets and quantity take-offs.

POSITION : Sr. Architect Landscape company
📚 Qualification: Bachelor's or Equivalent
🔹 Description: Leads architectural design development, reviews project specifications, and coordinates with engineering teams to ensure design compliance and client satisfaction.

POSITION : Jr. Architect Landscape company
📚 Qualification: Bachelor's or Equivalent
🔹 Description: Assists senior architects in preparing drawings, 3D models, and design documentation. Ideal for fresh graduates looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

POSITION: Sr. HR Officer Landscape company
📚 Qualification: MBA
🔹 Description: Manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Must be well-versed in UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

POSITION: Land Surveyor Landscape company
📚 Qualification: Bachelor's or Equivalent
🔹 Description: Conducts precise land and site surveys, prepares topographical maps, and collaborates with design and construction teams to ensure accurate site planning.
