Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate electrical installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance on technical tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Review project plans and blueprints to determine necessary resources and manpower, optimizing workflow for efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Manage project timelines and budgets, reporting on progress and addressing any delays or cost overruns proactively.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns to maintain project satisfaction.
Ensure proper documentation of all electrical work, including changes and updates, to maintain accurate project records.
Implement training programs for team members on new technologies and safety practices, enhancing overall team capabilities.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability for project needs without compromising quality.
Maintain a positive workplace culture, encouraging team collaboration and addressing conflicts or issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong technical skills in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance to effectively guide the team.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently and maintain project timelines.
Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects is highly desirable to navigate complex installations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications is crucial for project execution.
