Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements in building construction for civil works. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the site operations, processes, and business objectives. Plan, organize, and execute audit strategies to ensure compliance with professional and industry standards. Expected to have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record as a successful Auditor.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international standards, best practices.
- Overseeing the process of audits, making recommendations on policies, and ensuring that the organization fulfils international & governmental obligations of compliance.
- Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes for all civil works including reinforcement, concrete, block, plaster, paint, waterproofing, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, stone cladding, aluminium & glazing, marble, swimming pool works etc.
- Conducting independent audits of building construction including project close-out documentation, Authorities requirements, NOC, Building permits, As-built drawings, O & M manuals etc.
- Evaluate design documentation, including drawings, specifications and technical reports, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
>BSc Civil Engineering/ MSc Civil Engineering
>GCC Experience in Construction is Mandatory
>UAE driving License with personal Vehicle (Mandatory)
>ISO certification, PMP
