The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.
WE ARE HIRING - Site Manager-Electrical
Roles & Responsibilities
Title: Site Manager
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Engieering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation)
Job Location: UAE
Industry Focus: Electrical substations, power & desalination plants, metal industry, infrastructure (roads, tunnels, bridges, airports, seaports), oil & gas, pumping stations, water transmission schemes, sewage treatment plants.
Roles & Responsibilities:
>Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
>Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
>Develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking systems.
>Monitor project progress against plans, ensuring consistency with budgeting and scheduled completion dates.
>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
>Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
>Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
>Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, expenditures, and personnel records.
>Ensure all regulatory and permit requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
>Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental protection.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
>Proven experience as a Site Manager in electrical substations, power plants, desalination plants, infrastructure projects (roads, tunnels, bridges, airports, seaports), oil & gas facilities, pumping stations, water transmission schemes, or sewage treatment plants.
>Previous approvals as a Site Manager on relevant projects is required.
>Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials used in the specified industries.
>Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
>Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
>Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) may be advantageous.
