Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project scope, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks that best meet project needs, considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, providing a clear reference for current and future projects.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant innovations into architectural solutions.
- Lead performance tuning and optimization efforts, ensuring that applications meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide architectural insights, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals.
- Develop risk management strategies for architectural decisions, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software architecture or systems design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to Java, Python, or .NET.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset to address complex architectural challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and innovative thinker, willing to challenge the status quo and propose creative solutions.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to work in diverse teams; multilingual candidates are a plus.
- A deep commitment to quality and excellence, with a focus on delivering tangible results and stakeholder satisfaction.
