Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Rig Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating rig machines and ensuring smooth execution of drilling and piling activities while following safety and quality standards.
- Operate rig machines efficiently for piling, drilling, and foundation works.
- Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure the rig is in proper working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with site engineers and foremen for smooth workflow.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the rig machine.
- Keep records of daily operations and report any issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Rig Machine Operator in construction or piling projects.
- Ability to operate different types of piling and drilling rigs.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- RTA license is preferred.
- 3rd party certification is required.
- Operator driving license is mandatory.
- Heavy Operator License (No. 8) is required.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding site conditions.
- Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Must know Arabic.
