Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities effectively.
- Ensure all piling operations are executed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to achieve project targets.
- Lead and guide operators, helpers, and workers on-site.
- Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and address site hazards promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Mandatory experience in piling operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven expertise in managing construction site activities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to challenges.
