Painter

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and smoothing.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces.
• Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades.
• Select and use appropriate brushes, rollers, or sprayers for each job.
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas.
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, or other fillers.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed.
• Complete projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a painter or similar role.
• Certification in painting techniques or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the painting industry.
• No nationality preference, open to all candidates.
• Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus.
• Technical skills in surface preparation, paint mixing, and application.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
