Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment for various industries
>Conduct research and analysis to determine feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanical systems
>Create technical drawings and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software
>Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and clients to ensure project success
>Test and evaluate mechanical systems to ensure they meet safety, quality, and performance standards
>Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems and provide solutions
>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations
>Manage projects and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met and costs are controlled
>Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
>Develop and maintain documentation, including manuals and reports
Desired Candidate Profile
>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
>Professional engineering certification or licensure
>5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within a relevant industry
>In-depth knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools
>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
>Leadership and project management experience
>Attention to detail and a focus on quality
>Ability to work independently and as part of a team
>Physical ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial setting
