Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator for our Fit Out Company
Preferably a job seeker with experience working in the GCC region or the UAE.
Job Description: The maintenance coordinator will have one-to-one relationship with clients, dealing with all aspects of construction maintenance and variations. Sharing daily reports, attending surveys & attending client & in-house meetings. All of our clients are from high end brands, so the suitable candidate must present well, speak fluent English, and have a strong knowledge of CONSTRUCTION. Own car and drivers license essential.
Salary Range: TBD
Benefits package: Medical cover, return flight ticket every 2 years and fuel allowance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates with interior maintenance experience like Hotel maintenance or Building maintenance, facility managers … etc
