Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides.

 

Revise and update company policies.

 

Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave, all types of leave).

 

Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.

 

Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules).

 

Prepare WPS.

 

Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.

 

Prepare employee ECF files.

 

Handle visa renewals and manage company licenses.

 

Monitor staff attendance.

Maintain management records.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.

 

Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.

>Fluency in Arabic and English.

 

>Excellent communication and organizational skills.

 

>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
