CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee Pipeline protection projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction and maintenance activities to ensure projects are completed on time.

REQUIREMENTS

B- Tech/ BSC in CIVIL ENGINEERING

Minimum Overall 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on pipeline protection works, with Minimum 5 years of experience as construction Manager in GCC in oil & gas industry.

Strong Project Management and leadership skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, coordinate and supervise construction projects from development to completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with client goals and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee on-site and off-site teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and laborers, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to project milestones.
• Review project progress in line with the baseline and prioritize critical activities to ensure projects run smoothly, completed and delivered within budget, and on time.
• Provide comprehensive day-to-day field supervision at the site to ensure all construction is performed to quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget, and schedule.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and cost.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients and Management, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with project progress.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Strong knowledge of site development, construction techniques, permits and inspections.
