Electrical Engineer

>Knowledge in reading electrical drawings. Site co-ordination, material reconciliation at site.

>Design for lighting, cable size and selection of equipment like MCB, RCCB, fuse etc.

>Coordinating, planning and monitoring the site activities

>Carryout routine quality inspection on works of residential and commercial building complexes, hospital s, Government Buildings & Residential Villas

>Coordinate the work of HVAC contractor, ELV contractor & Fire system.

>Monitor Subcontractor activities to ensure proper operation.

>Project Completion, coordinate and manage the Testing, Commissioning and handing over of the project.

>Ensure all as-built drawings, Maintenance manuals etc are complied and issued and ensure project close out.

Desired Candidate Profile

>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field

>Professional engineering certification

>Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering

>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

>Detail-oriented and organized

>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

>Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations

>Physical ability to work in various environments
