Civil Engineer/Store Keeper/HVAC Supervisor/Electrician/Hospitality

Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

>Developing detailed designs.

>Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.

>Preparing and implementing project plans.

>Researching and providing estimates for projects.

>Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.

>Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

Store Keeper Responsibilities:

>Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.

>Managing and training store staff.

>Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.

>Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.

HVAC Supervisor Responsibilities:

>Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

>Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

>Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

>Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

Electrician Responsibilities:

>Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

>Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.

>Performing general electrical maintenance.

>Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.

>Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

>Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel

>Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors

>Recruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees and contractors

>Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs

Minimum Experience 2 yrs must.
