The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Support the general manager.
· Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities for business development in outdoor environments such as construction sites, architectural events, trade shows, and community gatherings. Engage with potential clients and decision-makers to introduce our company's offerings and establish rapport.
· Maintain appropriate networking activity levels, aiming for a minimum of 18 high-level client appointments per week.
· Develop a business plan with management for weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic objectives.
· Facilitate networking activities, events, and introductory meetings for prospective clients.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities in the interior design and contracting industry. Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop strategic plans for business growth.
· Identify and cultivate relationships with clients, including architects, designers, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
· Utilize various channels such as networking events, trade shows, cold calling, and digital marketing to generate leads and expand the client base.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
· Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research.
· Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements.
· Represent Mouhajer International Design at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our visibility and establish strategic partnerships.

· Perform another related task.
