WE ARE HIRING- Accountant
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Arab-speaking accountant specializing in
payment receivables with a valid UAE driving license.
Core Competencies :
>Follow up with the clients for outstanding payment receivables.
>Provide financial advice to management and stakeholders.
>Analyze, Summarize, Post Accounting Entries
>Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
>Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory obligations.
Distinctive Competencies :
>Prepare & Analyze Budgets vs Actuals.
>Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
>Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Other ERP software and Microsoft Excel
>Manage accounts payable processes.
>Monitor and manage cash flow.
>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
>Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
>Perform monthly bank reconciliations & Inter-company reconciliations.
>Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, employee’s benefit costs, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
>Prepare and submit periodical financial reports.
>Perform payroll & other employee benefits and indemnities
>Liaise with bank relationship managers & manage accounts transactions
Desired Candidate Profile
>Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or related field
>3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
>Ability to work independently and as part of a team
>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel
